The amount for boat reservation is non-refundable. We appreciate early cancellations to allow us to free up the boat for other interested parties.

 

2. What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of my outing?

If the weather doesn't allow us to go out, we will reschedule your trip.

3. What is included in my rental?

It depends on the boat. Some come with snorkeling gear, kayaks, fishing equipment, inflatables, snacks, or drinks. All boats include a crew, cooler, ice, glasses, and plates.

 

4. Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Of course! You can bring your own food and drinks, including alcohol. It's important to note that not all boats

have a fully equipped kitchen, so bringing cold snacks is recommended.

5. How can I pay?

We accept cash in pesos or dollars.

7. Which places are visited during the tour?

It depends on the duration of the trip. Common destinations include Los Arcos de Mismaloya, Las Ánimas, Colomitos, Majahuitas, Quimixto, and Yelapa. If you have a specific destination in mind, please let us know.

 

8. What should I bring for my trip?

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, swimwear, a change of clothes, sunglasses, a hat or cap, sunscreen, and towels. Don't forget to bring cash for additional activities or tips.

9. Where does the yacht depart from, and what are the tour hours?

We depart from the Marina in Puerto Vallarta, but if you need a specific pickup point, please let us know.

Tour hours depend on the boat's availability, but we operate trips from Monday to Sunday starting at 10 am.

10. Can I extend the duration of my trip during the tour?

If the boat is not reserved for another trip that day, you can extend your trip's duration. Additional hours

should be paid in cash before the trip concludes.

11. Can I customize my itinerary?

The customization of the itinerary depends on the trip's duration. Our crew knows the best places based

on your preferences and will ensure you have a great experience.

 

12.What is the minimum age for passengers?

We do not have a minimum age for passengers, but bringing babies on board is at your own responsibility.

13. Do you offer transportation from my hotel to the Marina?

Yes, we offer transportation service. Just provide your hotel's name, and we will send you a quote for a round-trip.

 

14. When is the best time to rent a yacht?

Anytime is ideal for renting a yacht in Vallarta due to its pleasant climate. The whale-watching season

is from December to early March, a unique experience you should have if you visit Vallarta.

 All our tours are private. We can customize the boat with decorations and offer specific food or drinks to make
